✦ アメリカ生活25年 × 日本の英語教育
私はアメリカで約25年間生活し、帰国後は神奈川県を拠点に、英語教育やイラストなどのクリエイティブな活動に取り組んできました。
2016年からは子どもから大人まで幅広い世代に英語を教え、「ことばの意味」だけでなく、 リズム・イントネーション・表情・ジェスチャーといった “伝える力”につながる学びを大切にしています。
✦ 英語はもっと楽しく、もっと身近に
「英語はもっと気軽に・楽しく学べるもの」
そんな想いから、このブログではAIを活用した英語学習法や、自作の教材・イラストを取り入れた “見てわかる・遊びながら学べる”工夫も紹介しています。
最近ではChatGPTなどのAIツールを活用した新しい学習法にも注目し、 毎日の学びをもっと身近に・もっと楽しくするためのヒントを発信中です。

帰国後はエネルギー関連企業にて、日本の技術を世界に伝える国際業務に従事。
現在は英語講師としての活動を続けながら、教育・デザイン・テクノロジーを組み合わせた学びの形を模索しています。

✦ 25 Years in the U.S. × English Education in Japan
After living in the U.S. for about 25 years, I returned to Japan and am now based in Kanagawa. I’ve been involved in both English education and creative work such as illustration and design.
Since 2016, I’ve taught students of all ages. I focus not just on vocabulary or grammar but also on rhythm, intonation, facial expressions, and gestures—the skills that truly connect us in communication.
✦ Making English Fun and Approachable
I believe English should be something fun and approachable.
That’s why I share creative learning ideas using AI tools like ChatGPT and visual materials such as worksheets and illustrations.
The goal is to provide hints and ideas that make learning English easier, more enjoyable, and more effective in daily life.
✦ Background
After returning to Japan, I worked for an energy-related company promoting Japanese technologies worldwide.
Now, I continue my work as an English teacher while exploring new learning styles that combine education, design, and technology.
